The Lantern Festival Morning Tea is an annual event aimed at providing Westlake parents, especially our Asian families, with an opportunity to meet some staff, students and fellow parents in a social environment to help them feel more connected to the school.
This year’s event will be held on Friday 2 March from 11.15am-12.15pm in the Westlake PTA Conference Room upstairs above the new gymnasium. Parents are also invited to attend the full School Assembly from 10.30 – 11.00am in the School Auditorium beforehand.
If you would like to join us for the morning tea and/or the school assembly please contact Event Manager, Liz Peters at lpeters@westlake.school.nz before Friday 23 February with the following details:

등불 축제 모닝티는 연례 행사로서 웨스트레이크 학부모님, 특히 아시안 가족들을 대상으로 학교 직원들, 학생들 그리고 다른 부모님들과 편안한 환경 속에서 학교와 더 연결될 수 있도록 만남을 갖는 목적으로 계획되었습니다.
올해 행사는 3월 2일 금요일 오전 11시 15분부터 오후 12시 15분까지 새로운 체육관 위층에 위치한 웨스트레이크 PTA 컨퍼런스룸에서 열리게 됩니다. 학부모님께서는 오전 10시 30분부터 오전 11시까지 학교 강당에서 열리는 전학교 조회 또한 참석하실 수 있습니다.

元宵早茶会是学校每年举办的旨在帮助家长，尤其是亚洲裔家长沟通的聚会。家长可以在茶会上和教职员工和其他学生家长见面沟通并互相了解。
今年的早茶会将于3月2日周五上午1115到1215举行，地点在新健身房二楼的PTA会议室。同时也欢迎家长们观摩早茶会之前的在大礼堂之前的全校学生例会。时间是1030到1100.
